This tool can rotate an object.

To rotate a course symbol:

1. Click the Rotate button to select the tool
2. Select the object
3. Click to rotate the object to point in the direction of the mouse cursor

To rotate a graphics object:

1. Click the Rotate button to select the tool
2. Select the object
3. Click and hold the mouse on the object, then drag the mouse to rotate the object to the wanted direction
