downloading to a MAC running Parallels

Posted by Linda Connell
I am using a MAC running Parallels to access Windows programs. I have Condes8 with a license running on my computer and have no problems.

I have tried to load Condes9 - the lite version - and it says that it 'failed to load DLL XmLite.dll'. I have a license to use Condes9 but can't through this initial phase.

Any ideas?

Hi Linda

The xmllite.dll file is a program library that Condes uses. The file normally comes with Windows. However, some early Windows XP releases (before SP3) didn't have this file. So one possible reason could be that your Parallels installation has a somewhat old version of Windows XP. BTW, the same problem would occur on a native Windows PC with an old Windows XP version.

Even if this is the case, there is still hope. You can find information on how to install the xmllite.dll file here: []

I hope this solves the problem.
