model course - no lines

We are setting a "model event" ie there is no actual course. Is it possible to suppress lines between controls?

Hi Hilary,

On a model course, you would probably want only control codes and no lines. Thus, the controls are "random order".

In the course dialog windows, you can designate each control as a "random order" control.

Double click on the course name to open the course dialog window. Select each control code in the controls' pane, and click on the "random order" button. The control codes will get a light green background colour to indicate that they are random order.

Additional information (not relevant for model courses):
You can designate controls as "random order" as needed; this allows you to create course with one or more "clusters" of random order controls, with sequential order controls in between the clusters.

Another possible option, and less time consuming, would be to print an 'All Controls' map as the model map...assuming the area only contains controls for the model, as is normally the case. This way you do not have to spend the time changing all the controls to 'random order'
