Not printing file name (or Condes version + licensee)?

Is there a way to suppress (from printing) one or both of the lines of print just below the clue description box, especially the second line, which shows the name of the Condes file I happen to have used?

If you include in the file name a version number of perhaps a date, the Condes file name text under the control description can be used as a simple means of "version control" for the printed maps and control descriptions.

Obviously, this is not always needed, so there is a setting that can enable/disable the Condes file name text. This setting can be found under "File" / "Settings for this event..."
