Size of Crossing Point Symbol

I am using crossing point symbols on a dual carriageway to show tunnels. Due to the width of the road and neighbouring fence/wall, the crossing point symbols are not clear. Is it possible to enlarge them?

Unfortunately, it is currently not possible to enlarge them. I have put this functionality on the to-do list.

You could create suitable sized crossing symbols as graphics in Photoshop or similar and then place the graphic(s) over the map as part of the Condes overlay.
